President Obama Officially Kicked off his Campaign Yesterday.

Here he is at Virginia Commonwealth University (the whole thing):

Did you see that moon last night?

Amazing and beautiful. The moon was in perigee and appeared 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than normal full moons… the brightest of 2012. It came the closest to the Earth than it has all year.

Fortunately, the sky was clear enough around here to see it.
